Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Timertrends, your satisfaction is our top priority. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 days after payment completion. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your order’s progress.

If you receive a defective product, please refer to our limited product warranty for assistance.

General Return and Exchange Rules

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase (based on the date on your receipt). After 30 days, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.

For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, with packaging unopened, unused, unmarked, and undamaged.
  • Items sold as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a complete set.
  • This policy does not apply to items explicitly stated as non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
  • For online orders, shipping costs associated with returning the product are not covered by [email protected].

Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected and are in addition to this policy.

All returns must be sent to Timertrends in their original condition. Additional charges may apply for ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, missing parts, or accidents.

If the return or exchange is due to a product quality issue, Timertrends will cover the return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.

For returns or exchanges for personal reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The decision regarding the product’s condition and the application of this policy is at Timertrends‘s sole discretion.

  • If your request does not comply with the above terms, Timertrends will not authorize the return or exchange.
  • Returns without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund, and Timertrends is not responsible for the loss of goods.

For authorized returns or exchanges, Timertrends will provide a prepaid return label. Please follow the instructions provided to return the product, ensuring all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any complimentary gifts are included.

Upon receipt of your return or exchange, we will notify you via email. The item will be inspected, and we will inform you of the approval or denial of your request. Decisions will be based on the condition of the returned item and Timertrends‘s policies.

If approved:

  • Exchanges will be processed promptly.
  • Refunds will be issued within 1–3 business days to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds may take some time to process and appear in your account. If you have not received your refund after several days:

  • Allow extra time for processing.
  • Contact your bank or credit card provider for status updates.
